So easy to use! Slide-out keyboard makes texting so easy, we are in constant touch with the 94-yr. old we bought it for. She has no trouble texting on it! She also uses the speed dial. Hold down the 4, it calls daughter #4. Picture quality really good for a phone this site. Fits perfectly in pocket or purse. It's the Best phone for us!

this is replacement for my first cosmos,that took a swim in the cats water bowl. It is almost new, I got it quickly AND NO PROBLEMS ACTIVATING ON VERIZON, I DID IT FROM THE PHONE. l LIKE THE QUERTY KEYBOARD, I DONT TEXT A LOT AND THIS SUITS ME FINE. ACTIVATED THE BLUE TOOTH WITH MY HANDSFREE JABRA AND ALL SET. IF I NEED ANOTHER PHONE IN FUTURE WILL DEFINITELY ORDER HERE.

I enjoy having a phone with a slider keyboard for texting, but not have the touch screen or data requirements of a smart phone. This phone fits the bill! My only complaint (and there may be a workaround - still trying to figure it out) is that I can't seem to receive any text messages that have emojis in them. Past phones have still shown me the text portion of the text, just not the emoji and this one doesn't seem to show me anything. Otherwise, it's a great phone and I'm very happy with it!

Nice basic phone Bought this for my husband, after trying him on a smart phone, and he is happy!! He can figure everything out, no extras that he hated, and he can text easily. Just a basic phone for a guy who doesn't like nor want all the bells and whistles that come with a smart phone.
