Return Policy:
All returns will be handled as exchanges unless we are out of stock, in case we are out of stock then we will refund the money, Otherwise we treat it as exchange.
We must inspect a returned item and verify it before sending out a replacement. No exceptions..



How To Return: Please follow these simple steps below!

  • Step 1 : Get an authorization ticket number from us by contacting us via email
  • Step 2: Include your order number and reason for return in this message.
  • Step 3: You will get a Reply From Us with a Return Authorization Number.
  • Step 4: (IMPORTANT) Put the RMA (Return Authorization Number) return package ON THE BOX OR ON A SHEET OF PAPER INSIDE THE BOX. VERY IMPORTANT DO NOT SEND US ANYTHING BACK WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER - IF YOU DO WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY SUCH RETURN WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER.
  • Step 5: Mail Package Back To Us, Please allow 5-6 business days to receive your replacement phone in the mail. We ship priority mail back to you FAST. No returns accepted without first obtaining an RMA Number. Please obtain an RMA# BEFORE returning products for any reason, link can be found above, under contact us. RMA # is valid for 30 days. Order Discrepancies Must Be Reported Within 7 Days of Invoice date. 20% Re-Stocking Fee for all Non-Defective items returned with RMA# on WHOLESALE returns. NO return requests after 15 Days of Invoice. All defective OEM accessory product/ warranty issues must be taken to the manufacturer. $25.00 charge on all returned Checks.
